Well the good news was 1 pf the test was 100 score and the other is only 88%....hahaha...i was thinking is that bad???for me it was yes because the min. score must be 90 not because it was my requirement but it was the curriculum requirement.

lately, she always get 100% and was very happy, because the last time she got 80% i punished her with carrying lots of heavy books for 20mins. and she doesn't want to repeat it.

aside from meeting her goals the curriculum normally encourage to give merits to its student and demerits for those who are not obeying the rules. in this case, she don't have any demerits because she's always obedient and afraid to make mistakes...

merits, then get something in exchange for their accumulated scores. most of the time she would buy things like pencils, erasers, notebook, things that are offered in learning center. The last merit gift was one of the special ones that really touched my heart as a mother.

i went to a business trip and cameback last friday, while taking dinner with my husband and our pastor's family noticed that my hubby's hankie is not familiar to me. at first i thought it was not his and mixed up on our laundry, but, it wasn't. it was a gift from our lovely and thoughtful daughter whom choose to buy gifts from her merits points for her daddy and mommy.
I got a yellow ball point pen wrap in a paper.

She wasn't able to fetch me at the airport that day and only manage to see in the morning. she kissed and greet me good morning giving her gift and saying I missed you a lot mommy, and i bought this one for you.

I felt blessed and could not speak for a few second thinking of what I always wanted of force her to study hard. This is one of the result, not much of the material thing but the thought of remembering us through her hard work to achieve those targets instead of rewarding herself....

I thank God for HIS gift, we just pray that she would grow with a GOD fearing and loving heart....and most specially to know the way of salvation.....
Sadness

three months ago when I had the good news, i was so excited for the next 9 mos. to come. That excitement has come to and end last weekend when I heard the unexpected news.
At first i couldn't believe it is happening to us but then as hours goes by, i started to recall what went wrong during this time of process.

I got sick at 9 weeks, yes that was the terrible incident but I did not even think that it would affect the baby. I was praying without ceasing everyday that he/she would not be affected with that flu and fever but I started to feel a lot of changes after that week. I even compared my symptoms with some other sister in our church but then, i was not aware what is happening inside my body at that time.

It was really very, very painful but still I thank the LORD for HIS provision on that day. My hubby supposed to work that day but bcoz' he's colleague request for an ex-change so he was off and able to accompany me n Angel to see my OB.

I didn't asked GOD why it happened but I was asking myself what went wrong?

At this time, i couldn't think of anything but just pray and ask GOD to strengthen me and my family to go through this painful process.

In everything that happen I know GOD is in control and HE knows what is best for us so I just fully TRUST HIM to overcome this sadness and painful experience.

Blessing

Ahhh...after few months finally i can blog....

Well recently we had our second gift from GOD. It was really amazing how this process works and patience is one of the key factor aside from FAITH.

I got the confirmation on Oct26 about 7pm when I used the test predictor and can't remember when was the last time i felt that kind of excitement....hehehe....

It was my second doctor's appointment on 14Nov and the baby's heart beat was confirmed, thank GOD. My daughter was so happy and on the following day which was Sunday, it seems like I have a broadcaster and she announce to her friends....

I was surprised when everybody was shaking my hand and telling me congratulations!!!, i didn't even tell anyone yet, except for 2 person....then I realized when my daughter whisper on me saying.....Mommy, I told them already because the doctor says it was confirmed....then I smile........hahahaha...looks like she's having the same happiness and feeling like me.....

This week I am down with terrible flu and slight fever and the migraine was really terrible....uh...huhuh...hope i get better....too bad can't take medicine.....

But overall we are very thankful for this blessing. I just hope the morning sickness will be over and the flu go away........

Visual Acuity- 20/20

Last night while we are having dinner, my daughter and I had a chat. Because she normally took long time to finished her meal I had to monitor and follow-up every single scoop. It was fun though, coz’ I had the chance to chat with her and catch up about school and other activities. During our discussion I happened to share with her those children with eyesight problem. How troublesome to wear spectacle and that was sometimes due to their stubbornness. How she should treasure her health and perfect eyesight. What are the kinds of food she should take to boost the eyesight or at least prevent the degradation.
Here’s how the conversation goes:
Daughter: Why they have eyesight problem?
Mommy: Sometimes due to their genes and most of the time because they abuse their eyes
Daughter: What is genes means? How did they abuse their eyes?
Mommy: Genes means genetic or inherited eyesight problem from mother or father….and abusing was of disobeying their parents…..(I have to think the example…heheh….) like playing PSP or computer games in the dark specially when they are hiding from the parents…
Daughter: Ah, what is inherited means?……
Mommy: oh, it means the mother or father has history of eyesight or health problem….pra lang maputol na….
Daughter: So what is the eyesight of that girl?
Mommy: 500
Daughter: Why she have 500 vision, how about me?
Mommy: my eyesight at this age is still 20/20, so I think you’re vision could be probably the same. (this time I want to cut off the conversation, but then she asked the next question.
Daughter: What is 20/20 means? Maybe I am 30/30, I mean my vision…
Mommy: hehehe…..i really laugh very loud this time……do you have other questions?
Daughter: no, what is 20/20 why not 2/2 or 4/4?
Mommy: ok, I only know that 20/20 is a perfect vision, meaning you do not need to wear spectacle. If a child has 20/400 it means she has vision loss issue. I couldn’t tell him because I do not want him to worry too much. I was giddy after taking the medicine for headache I didn’t notice the rag was slippery and the next thing I notice I fell with my arms to cover my head and knock down on the floor….it was really painful and I couldn’t get up immediately. My arms has bruises but hubby reach out and help me to stand up with his painful stomach…..I was crying because of two things, the pain I had in my hand and my headache and at the same time about this chaos we had today...i don’t know why is this happening, but I do not want to give up….I came out from the toilet without my tears, pretend not affected with the pain.
About 6pm, when hubby felt slightly better I brought him to the clinic for check-up and asked for gastric medicine. I told the doctor again the whole history and he gave a prescription for gastric medicine.
Hope the medication make him better.
I thanked those bros. and sister in CHRIST who had prayed for us.
I just want to make this problem and pain end….

Stomach FLu

How should I describe it terrible, very bad, extreme or severe stomach flu.
That was the picture of suffering that hubby has experience last night. It was all started as a simple stomachache with a little discharge. Everything seems ok until suddenly he has very high fever and shivering like really very, very ill. I was scared but keep on praying that GOD would heal him until I force him to see doctor.
It was about 12midnight then, and when we reach the 24hrs clinic near our place he vomited many, many times until almost nothing to throw. I was really worried but I must be strong for him because it was only us there at the clinic. The physician was certain that it was from the food that he had taken that caused him with this condition. The food might be contaminated and has caused him terrible infection. I find myself useless because I couldn’t help him to at least lessen the pain. The jab that the doctor has given him looked like worsen his condition maybe because it took time for the medicine to take effect. He couldn’t walk and all he did was lie down in my lap at the clinic. I had to think what should I do this time, in my heart and mind I was praying and praying that we would be ok, but then every time he told me he couldn’t take it anymore I got into panic.
This time I had no choice I really need help to send him home because he could not walked, not only that but I need a prayer warrior to help us to stay focus and ask GOD to lead us what to do next. So I called our Pastor, though I know it is already late and asked for his help to send us home. Thank GOD he arrived and help us leave the clinic, unfortunately hubby is getting more and more serious and the pain level was really dreadful the more I hear him saying he couldn’t take it anymore and he is so tired I was really worried and terrified. I am not use to see him like this, he never had gastric or stomach flu before.
We decided to send him to the hospital to get more help, and arrived there about 1am. He was observed at the EA until 7am. Pastor stayed with us the whole time, and I really thank GOD and him for his love for us. On the way to the hospital we had prayed together and asked GOD for his mercy and healing hand to comfort hubby. God has delivered us to a Filipino doctor, and I also felt thankful because he really observed hubby well and immediately took blood sample for test. Thank GOD it was OK and normal no signs of dehydration so it was purely infections suspected from the food.
At the hospital he’s condition get’s better and he rested though he still complaint about the stomachache and very weak. He was discharge at 7am and we straight away go home and Pastor sent us home. This time I was also drained and tired for the whole day and night since I had no sleep and already more than 24hrs awake. But for my hubby I would do everything and take care of him during this not really good period. The challenge was because I had to be his nurse to monitor the fever, food and his medicine I still need to be awake for the whole day. Finally, about 11:30am I was able to nap for about 2hrs., had to wake up for his lunch and next medication.
While I was lovingly caring for him at the back of my mind I was thinking, what a test in our faith we had today. Hebrews 10:23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)
Thank GOD for his WORD that keep reminding us to be faithful and that HE would be always with us till the end.

Super fast LO's

Last month, my mom came to sg and visit us for 4 days together with my sister. But I guess, I was employed to settle problems…hehehe…..
Things I missed this days….
· Eating burger king or mcdonald with angel. Actually I don’t like burgers, but few years back every sat. we had time to chit chat while taking breakfast together.
· Scrapping- tons of pictures to scrap but I had no time to sit and think..
· Window shopping- I used to have at least 2 to 3 times a month
· Chit chat with my old friends- well this one it is because they maybe also busy
· Dinner outside only with hubby- well when was the last time we had dinner together? If I am not wrong it was last year…too busy with our commitments.
Well, today I missed the parents meeting…sad to say the meeting that was called by my colleague was too soon and urgent and it leaves me no choice because my boss is also taking leave.
Hubby has relay the message and feedbacks from Angel teachers and I got teary eyes after his message.
1. There was a skit presentation last week and Angel was the narrator. At first I was also surprised because I know that she is very shy and seldom perform loud oral reading with us. She likes silent reading but very vocal in asking question. So when she was selected it wasn’t a doubt but I am worried that she would not do it. But with God’s grace and blessing of wisdom showered upon her, she deliver the whole skit confidently and without a mistake….yes!!thank GOD she has develop that kind of confidence.
2. Secondly, academically she was doing well for the last 2 semester and very obedient. The only thing is, sometimes she is worried to make mistakes and becoming perfectionist. But overall she’s leading comparing to the rest of students on her level.
3. The teacher was so touched with her affection and the appreciation she had shown towards them. One of the teacher was leaving, but before that she is the one who guided Angel and preparing her lunch during those times that she need to stay till 3pm. Angel wrote a thank you card and gave it to her with a note of appreciation and thanking her for being patience on her.

Sayang I missed this meeting……..due to my commitment at work…..hope my daughter would understand that in future..

At home she also makes lots of card and notes to us, akala ko sa haus lang sya ganyan. Last week, she made a card for our maid, very touching kasi nga thankful daw sya na nandyan un maid namin to look after her. Siguro mana…hahahaha…..kasi lagi nya kong nakikita gumagawa ng card..and sometimes those things I want her to remember like reminder I always wrote it and paste on her office.(that’s her table).

Well, sari-saring kwento……..

cookies, Cupcakes, baskets etc

Cookies, cupcakes, baskets and more........lately, i baked lots of cupcakes trying to make the perfect icing. We arrived at Heathrow airport 20minutes earlier than the ETA arrival. The weather supposed to be hot because it is summer time but somehow the weather was cooling. Oh no.....we didn't bring any jacket and our luggage was full of summer clothing...anyway, we arrived at my mom's house at 9pm....we are all very tired and with jetlag.

the first night was good with 16 degrees C temperature.

the following day was sunday, and we're all off to go to attend the 11am service in Metropolitan Tabernacle which is also known as Spurgeons Church, but unfortunately there was a heavy traffic and we would not able to reach there before 11am. So, the plan was change and we moved to Westminster, since it was Jing first time to London. We visited the Big Ben and the Londn eye. Took some shot and proceed to the Tower Bridge. Had our lunch near the Tower of London then since we felt very cold, we decided to see the Tower Bridge and bought the ticket to see inside. We didn't had the chance to see this place during last year visit.

The engine room was fantastic, imagine in those days were the technology wasn't that advanced the engineer whom designed the tower were so intelligent and blessed with that kind of powerful mind, Thank GOD for that talent and we are able to see this beautiful place.

This week, we had full activities, we visited the palaces, another round for Natural history museum and the science museum where we had watched the IMAX for outer space and the Deep sea. Angel was very happy and blessed to had this opportunity and experienced to see these wonderful places.

Thursday, we visited the Windsor castle, Stonehenge and the Bath Abbey. The tour was very good and I like the most was the Windsor castle. Angel had asked her daddy"

Angel: wow all the things and even the gates are pure gold, daddy is GOD also rich?
Dad: of course in the Bible, GOD has promise that even the road and the mansion that HE prepared for us are made of GOLD>>>

I love that moment because in every place and experiences she has, she always thank GOD and us for these blessings.

Friday, was tiring but not boring, we went to see the Hampton Court, one of the palaces here in London. The place was quite far but it was not crowded so we enjoyed the tour and time we spent there. I love the garden and the history behind all the happenings on that palace.

Saturday, we spent whole day in Legoland Windsor. The place was huge and we didn't had chance to ride all the rides and activities. But, the first pit stop was enjoyable, the viking rides really rock the boat and we were wet due to the spurting waters from the top. Funny thing was, when we almost reach to the place where there's a fountain and spraying the water, mama open the big umbrella....hehehe...we were the only one who bring umbrella and cover us not to get wet....

Angel was so brave when we took the jungle coaster ride. it was comparable to the sky loop in Enchanted kingdom...but when we're inside and passed thru the high loop she felt scared and called me....so to calmed her down we just said that was GOOD!!! and she immediately recovered.

Happiest moment....but sad when we reach home because she had high fever.

to be cont.....

Passport to heaven

Friday afternoon, i had meeting with one of our CM. THough I was really disappointed with the response, we still proceed for the discussion and ended after an hour. Then, the guy ask me, are you a christian right? then, of course I replied YES!! and why????

He asked me if i have 5 mins to listen to his story, though I am really very busy I gave him a chance....It was the story of the guys who has been friends for quite sometime, one being a good guy and ther other was bad guy. He started to fold the paper and tear one by one as the story goes. BTW the paper was the passport to heaven that was given by the good guy to the bad guy. After he tear it was group into two and the outcome was word of HELL and the sign of Cross. He said that Jesus CHRIST died on the cross for the christians, and this is where I corrected him according to the BIBLE, Jesus CHRIST died on the cross to save the soul of the First Man who was created till the last person who will be born.

I had the chance to share with him the way of salvation from the beginning to revelation. Then suddenly, I had this feeling that I am on fire again to share the gospel.

I felt really down lately due to the increasing turnover from our department. early this year when one of our coleague resigned and just after 2 months for the replacement and he also decided to quit. Sigggghhhhhh.....then just last friday I received the info that another colleague requested for a lateral transfer to another department.........hayyyyyyyy....

Ang hindi ko naman maintindihan e kung bakit di man lang natitinag ang aming amo at nagpapasalamat pa......palibhasa di sya nahihirapan mag train ng tao....

But, heheheh...the store haven't finish....after my conversation with the guy who share the passport to heaven I realize one thing, sharing may not happen only from our company but I could also reach out in other area.......yeheyyyy... thank GOD for that encouragement.......

Reward

Last Saturday we went to Carrefour and purchased the set of roller blades and tables for our daughter. As daddy was doing the assembly the little girl was so excited to use the table. She took all her PACES and arrange the nicely, gather some old books that she likes to read and the pencil case. We’re laughing as she run to take all those things and quickly place inside the cabinet. And when the table was set she quickly told her Dad “thank you Daddy for buying me this table, I love you”. Wow, so sweet.

Sunday night, we also let her tried the roller blades and fixed all the safety gears for her head, knees and elbows, there was one more gear that I placed on her buttocks to protect her when she fall…hahaha…she do not want to wear kasi we are all laughing as she looked like the duck with flabby buttocks…later she was convinced to wear.

We let her walked and glide for about 12 rounds and went up home after an hour. As she was resting, I asked if she was happy for the blessings and reward, and explained that she got it because of the good results on her grades for the 1st half of school year. Then I asked her, if the 2nd half is better than the first what kind of reward she wanted to receive?

The answer was” I want a baby sister or a baby brother” hwaaaa…..that was something I could not buy or produced without the blessing from GOD….
But we could start praying….six months still long enough to meet the request….and need to work hard…….

Thank God that my little lady is growing with mature mind and she's really looking forward to have siblings.....

Better pray harder and fast for this little request....

Father's Day

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SGBt0Bx5rFI/AAAAAAAAADA/zYlknc7mH5A/s200/Jun+15+2008+ABM+Father%27s+Day+016.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5215289109093395538" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SGBt0RZAhzI/AAAAAAAAADI/YEdDQV8Vy24/s200/Jun+15+2008+Sunday+Shooting+037.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5215289113283954482" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SGBt3w89hkI/AAAAAAAAADQ/FpfL9HdvUmo/s200/Jun+15+2008+Sunday+Shooting+014.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5215289173295859266" />
happy father's day to my Honey!

He's a good father to my daughter
He's a loving and thoughtful husband
He stand as a brother and a father to my in-laws
He's patient enough to teach my daughter without raising his husky and low base voice...hehehe...
He makes tea for me every night and early in the morning
He teach Angel how to play piano and patiently brought her to music class.

15th June, we went to Sapphire and brought our daughter for swimming and at the same time invited one of our family friends to join us, that was after the Sunday service. We met because one of our friend’s family is leaving for good and moving to OZ. The food was great, we had the delicious cheese cupcake, pork bbq, salmon and cod skewers, prawn, dessert like pichi-pichi, kutsinta, leche plan and fish ball. We had a delightful dinner followed by never ending chit chat. We almost forgot the time, and leave our friends house at 1am.

We felt sad and incomplete as our group became lesser and lesser. As usual the favorite request from kids was our famous Filipino dish “sopas”. They like the creamy macaroni with a plenty of chicken and vegetables. At the same time the sopas was made partner with cheese cake. The weather was drizzling at first but when the kiddo was up to play the game, GOD hear our prayers and gave us sunshine at 4pm.
Got to rushed for my daughter piano lesson afterwards.

The most amazing thing about the VBS was the children who was happily learning the WORD of GOD and enjoying the games. One of our brethren told us that she wanted to quit and felt nervous when her shirt got stain, but then after the second cyle everything was fine.

She drawn a beautiful flower and vase with notes below I love You Mommy. When she came back home, very excited sya ipinakita sa kin yun gift daw nya. Thankful talaga ko na she have grown so fast and with this kind of achievements. Simple lang naman yun drawing pero flattered ako at appreciative kasi laging I love mommy ang sinusulat. Minsan tuloy sabi ko sa kanya dapat I love daddy rin....she just smile and said next time I will draw for Daddy.

I am planning to frame the painting and print her pictures and journal some words...hopefully this week....

Fruitful message

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCfJ_HayGOI/AAAAAAAAAB4/zzwpzi_Q-3w/s200/IMG_0002.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5199346380982851810" />
<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCfJ_XayGPI/AAAAAAAAACA/Q_Tsxc9ZUXk/s200/IMG_0001.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5199346385277819122" />
We had the fruitful events yesterday to celebrate Mother’s Day.
We were blessed with the message from the Sunday school service as well as the Worship Service. Some of us felt like in the frying pan because of guilt and some could be grateful for the wake up message. The passage was taken from the book of Proverbs 31:10.

The Father's and mens from our church has presented a special no. Rejoice in the Lord, this song is really meaningful....

Suddenly, I look back 5 years ago how was my routine as a wife and a mother.
I used to wake up at 5.30am to prepare my husband to work, cook breakfast and then prepare myself. It was all changed when I got pregnant and deliver our little girl. But then, whenever we had activities outside I had to make sure that they were all prepared first before I start to take care of myself. As years goes by, I still prepared for hubby and our little girl start to prepare by herself choosing the best set of clothing and shoes, and things got lighter in terms of house chores. But then, there’s one message that was very touchy and delicate regarding a mother. 1.) God made us mother and therefore we have to take care the whole family, train the children and make sure everything is OK….I think I fulfilled that with God’s guidance and help. 2.) We are supposed to be at home…hmmm….this thing, I failed because I am a working mom and I had other responsibilities to take care of….planning to be in future….and I need to learn to TRUST him more…..because sometimes we think we cannot ,make it but actually it is not true, thru God’s grace everything is possible.

After the message we had fruitful fellowship during lunch in the Church. I prepared Buko pandan, and some of us brought fruit salad, pumpkin cake, fruits, ice cream and there are lots of food. I felt bloated and too heavy. We went to the embassy after lunch to pick-up the documents and had dinner outside. My daughter gave me a card with a message, and that was the 4th she made for me as present for Mother’s Day.

I am grateful for all the blessings HE bestow upon us and Thank God for giving me this wonderful family.

Happy Mother's Day

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp0.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCLZr3stI8I/AAAAAAAAABI/mq0egH0S3Q8/s200/scan0001.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5197956267648033730" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCLZsHstI9I/AAAAAAAAABQ/XFB8MjuEHZA/s200/scan0009.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5197956271943001042" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCLZsXstI-I/AAAAAAAAABY/GZ2rmyd_ke8/s200/scan0002.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5197956276237968354" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp1.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCLZtHstI_I/AAAAAAAAABg/1fLl5LonL54/s200/scan0007.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5197956289122870258" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/SCLZtnstJAI/AAAAAAAAABo/Kymsjr63a3I/s200/scan0007.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5197956297712804866" />
Happy Mother's Day to all Mommies, who has been working very hard to take care of the family.

I was on leave yesterday to settle something but unfortunately the systems of our embassy here in SG is not that flexible to help people....:(

Anyway, I made my day meaningful and fruitful kaya nag-scrap na lang ako for Mother's Day gift.

I made total of 20pcs. fridge magnets using stamping techniques and patch them with Bible verses. Medyo matagal na rin kasing di ako nakapag-scrap kaya, first few trials the result was not that good. I made them for this coming Sunday as a Gift for all the Mother’s in our Church who will attend the service. When I heard that news my tears burst and my heart breaks although that person was not in contact with us for quite sometime. He was joyfully taking his breakfast with colleagues and all of a sudden passed out with no reason. After few minutes of resuscitation to revive him before he even reach the hospital he was pronounce dead. What a sad news to lost a good friend.

He was actually my supplier but whenever we had technical problems, he’s just one call away….I think we are all recovered from the incident but the family of 3 who lost their dear father still in grieved and, I saw their pain. That week I am so affected, but it also shown another perspective that GOD is in control. Life is very short, we are given a chance to enjoy and live every single time to the fullest with GOD’s grace and mercy. Another thing that makes me sad was the fact that he was not saved. I can’t remember whether I had the chance to share the gospel to him but now it’s too late.

I remember after we visited his wake, the other friend asked me why do Christians don’t feel sad when somebody passed away? Here was my reply: We feel sad because we lost a friend but if that person is saved we feel happy for him because at long last the much awaited time to see the LORD and Saviour Jesus Christ has come. And that’s our future direction. 1 Thessalonians 2:19-20 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even ye in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at his coming? For ye are our glory and joy.
We need to make our life meaningful and make sure that we treat a normal day as our last day. Only GOD knows when we will stop breathing, for my friend I am so sorry that he was taken that fast, but I know GOD has he’s reason.

productive

yehey!!!
marami akong nagawang LO last weekend kahit nahihilo ako naka 10 LO rin a day......mga simpleng LO nga lang....

konti na lang tapos ko ng ang London trip album namin....
trying to complete my daughter abc album, 2 years di pa rin matapos.....

Virus

I was down last week due to fever and dry cough, suspected that was due to environment and the food that I took from my last trip in JB. Last Wednesday, I was out for BT in JB, it was far and the journey was two hour plus before we reached the factory.

I was also surprised with the new method from immigration, we have to thumb print now as scanning, kasi nga naman baka naka wig kami eh meron wanted na hinahanap…..

I can only remember that we ate lots of pepper and spicy dishes, black pepper sotong, black pepper deer meat, duck, curry fish head and the only dish free from pepper was the vegetable. I was so tired that day, have to walk up and down as I audit the factory and need to stand for long hours. Pero kahit na pagod, I managed to performed my task completely, I remember while I was presenting the audit findings during closing meeting, I was coughing continuously but it was very dry…

Reached home about 8pm, and was shivering, feel very cold, then hubby prepared the cold towel soaked in ice and alcohol…actually di pa madali punasan ng super lamig….sabi nya it my turn…kasi last month when he was sick I did the same thing and he was mad kasi nga super lamig. But after that it was more comfortable. The following day, I thought I will be ok, but it turned out worst than the first night. This condition last until Saturday, and that is maybe because of the spicy food we ate plus the environment cold and later raining heavily…..

due to my condition, my daughter was crying that night and keep on telling me, she wil pray for me and she will take care of me....natatawa na nga si hubby kasi parang mawawala na ko kung iyakan ako......pero we told her naman na it's just a normal kind of fever and cough so she don't need to worry too much.

the next day, mc rin sya heheheh....kasi me nakitang butlig raw sa kamay but when we sent her to clinic wala naman.....masyado lang siguro na-alarm yun teacher kasi sinabi nya sa school na mommy is very sick......

This was the second time I got sick right after the bt…need to be more careful and will try not to eat too much spicy.

Shanghai Trip

I was so busy lately due to tight schedule at work, at home and even outside activity’s.
It was my first time to visit Shanghai, China and was amazed with few of their advanced technology. Dina talaga sila pahuhuli ngayon. Except from the cold weather each state has it’s own similarity.

Weather forecast from the internet before I depart SG was 16 degrees C so, I did not bring so much clothing’s since it was only for 3days. But, it was a big mistake! The weather was so cold and my blazer was not good enough to cover me….huhuhuuu…it was about 10 degrees C then. I was chilling whenever we were outside walking.

One thing common in China, everything is BIG. The buildings, malls, the factory and even the servings of food. During our last day, we went to Nanjing Road to shop for a while before we took our flight. This place was 2 hour drive from the factory and 1 hr. drive to the airport. But, because we didn’t had the chance to shop at night so we took the risk by dropping by to the Shanghai city to shop. We took our lunch on one of the Chinese restaurant and my eyes really pop-out when I saw how huge were their soup bowl and if I’m not wrong appro. 12” to 15” yun laki ng bowl….parang isang family ang kakain. Kaya inunahan ko na yung supplier ko na please order for me the smallest noodle bowl they had. And thankfully they had the normal 6” dia. Size. While we were walking on the stretched of Nanjing road I noticed something from the people around me. They were all looking at my feet, why??? At first I tried to ignore them ,maybe they were thinking how come it so white…nge…pale…..then I realized why, they were staring at me, because of all the people around I’m the ONLY one wearing an open high heels sandals and wearing a skirt where the rest are feeling so cold and all over they are fully covered….Remember I was not fully prepared…..huhh….My two buddies were laughing at me, because of this incident. My colleague, offered me his jacket on the 2nd day kasi talagang halos di ako makapagsalita habang naglalakad pagtapos naming mag-dinner.

One of the amazing experience was the Magnetic Lav train we took from the City to the airport. I have not seen a train running in 430km/hr speed and not touching the ground….the distance and the duration from city to airport took us 1hr.++ driving but that ride was only 7mins….what an wonderful experience.

I had taken few picture from this place and maybe post them later.
I tried to comeback on Thursday night although it was quite late because I do not want to miss the wonderful message on Friday.
Thank God for this trip, I have gain a lot of experience and exposure to another different culture.

what is important?

We had conversation today during lunch with my colleague regarding the education system in sg. Many people will say that we had the best education system here compare to other country but is it necessary? Yes, it is true that they are one of the best in terms of curriculum standard, but we also notice that children are more stress and did not enjoy their childhood.

According to their observation and the latest survey the numbers of children that was admitted to the mental hospital has been increased and that is due to overstress and pressurized by their parents. Their aim is to be the BEST. Some have purposely sent their children to tuition not because the child is not capable but because others did so, they have no time because busy making money and they doesn’t want to be left behind.
Many have forgotten that as parents we have the very important role to our children.
God said from the book of Deuteronomy 6:6-7 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. Learning starts from home and not school and as parents we are responsible.

Parents should be grateful no matter what achievement our children will get. Of course, we will be happier and blessed if they have gain more but I learned from the BIBLE that with the GOD fearing character you’ll get wisdom “Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.”

There was one story in the news that the boy jump from the flat because the parents had bitten him due to the class card was lower than they expected, and so out of disappointment he wanted to end his life, what a sad story..

I remember during our school days in kindergarten and even grade school, teacher will always check the nails, ears and uniform if they were clean. So this was few things I’d taught my daughter to check before going to school. One day after school, when I asked her whether her nails was long and if yes, I will cut, she replied me” mommy, my teacher never check my nails and uniform, and then I show him that my nails is clean, but he didn’t check” all of us who heard this comment laughed and asked her what was her teacher reply, she just said nothing. (that was from the previous school)…

Then, my colleague said that 15years ago they were taught about good manners and right conduct but after the MOE change over the years, character is not part of the goal anymore.

So parent, be wise and ask GOD’s provision that we may have guide and train our children diligently with a GOD fearing character and I believe that with the right upbringing will give them wisdom and as a result they may excel in their secular studies.
Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

samut-sari

Happy Chinese new year!

Missed my blog for months!

There was so many activities lately from home, work, church and even friends gathering….

Last dec2007 was full of fruitful spiritual growth after the Frasers Hill church camp, we got to know more about GOD’s WORD and provision in our life and some of the fellow brethren inside and out. The activities during camp was marvelous not mentioning the tarantula’s haunting and waterfall fun.

Christmas & New Year holidays are also remarkable. We sung a special no. during the New Year’s eve service with song Title “Ang Tanging Alay”, the first till third introduction was bloopers….hahaha…..we couldn’t get the tune from the guitar played by one of our brother in CHRIST…..then we decided not to use the guitar and then after that it was fine…..it was a different new year celebration with the meaningful beginning..

January 2008 was a busy month for work, lots of traveling and activities outside. One Saturday afternoon, we had watched the Ten Boom Christian family true story in the church and was moved on their story on how strong was their faith during trial and suffering. Thanks for their testimonies and somehow we could learned and know how GOD’s love and faithful lead us.

February came and finally I got the chance to update my blog.
Been wanting to see the sunrise at east coast for the past few attempt, and finally Thursday morning was the chance to reach there before the sun rise. We took few photos and wait till 7am at the sea side. Taken our breakfast at mcdo and later played badminton with our flat mates. We rent the bike at 9am and started to cycle all the way to the ski side back and forth thru the other side where we had stopped for a while to rest.
We reach home 2pm tired and with sun burn…..it was so hot that day…

We had the CNY party with N@WSG friends last Friday and as usual we had fun giving hong bao while kids in exchange gave us oranges. Lots of food specially the desserts…yummy…..
We had conversation and opinion for the current situation in our country…but, I guess forget about it….no matter how bad is the economy and we are politically unstable, I still believe that there’s no place like your own country…..hehehe…umasenso ka pilipinas……

Angel Graduation!

HRC Graduation day

End of the School year and I didn’t notice that my daughter has completed the entry level of education or so called ABC level from HRC. (ACE standard)

The HRC graduation day was held at MBC premise, and we are thankful for their Teacher’s and Principal for putting all their effort to educate our children and helping us parents to build GOD fearing character in them. For the past one year, after transferring to Heritage, she had shown us the milestone of her improvement. We received bountiful blessing’s this year, not only from the changes and achievements in school but even in our family spiritual needs. Our Pastor’s and fellow brethren has been very helpful and supportive after we transfer to the church. My daughter was always happy and counting the days and waiting for Sunday to attend the Sunday School. She had memorize lots of scriptures learned from both lessons, and we THANK GOD and PRAISE him for guidance and provisions in our life.

The program started at 2pm as per schedule and there were slides of photos for each and everyone’s milestones to show to their parents. Followed by the Ants and Grasshoppers presentation, were my daughter played as Ants, who were diligent and saving food on summer in preparation for the rainy days. I like the part were they worked and sing…(will share the video later). Our Pastor was also invited and gave us the WORD of GOD as part of the program. There were Chinese presentation and the last part was the MOST amazing item. All of them had recited their whole year, memory verse, memory work and the character of being, punctual, creative and tolerance. It was long and the children were all brilliant for memorizing and learning these three character.
MBC Pastor was the Guest Speaker and help to award the graduates and my daughter was one of them…The moment I saw her wearing that gown….wow….my heart felt gratitude and happiness and I can’t define them in words..(although this is just a beginning for her). Thank GOD for this blessing to see our daughter growing with a GOD fearing character: "Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding."

We had the refreshment after the graduation and went home joyful for the whole event..

London trip

I’m back and would like to share the beautiful and amazing experience we had in LONDON during our vacation.

We always taught this place is very far and expensive but our point of view has changed after our trip. London, is a beautiful country it has the most amazing architecture I had ever seen( sa kin lang po yan ha). The structure of each building is unique and old and the Victorian design is really eye catching. There are lots of tourist spots that you can visit and you do not need to pay but you will definitely gain and learned experience and information. We arrived on Saturday afternoon after the 13hrs. flight from SG and the earlier plan was to just deliver our bags to my mom’s house and we could immediately go for a walk at Notting Hill to check the Portobello. But, we were too tired and had jetlag so we decided to take a rest and eat a yummy nilaga for dinner.

Day2 was fruitful our first pit stop was the Metropolitan Tabernacle Baptist Church (Spurgeons) at the Elephant and Castle. It was huge and we are blessed to attend their worship service and met Peter Masters in person (we didn’t had the chance to shake his hand). We then proceed to Westminster and alight in front of Westminster Abbey. The moment I saw the Big Ben I felt gratitude in my heart how LORD GOD has given us this opportunity to visit this wonderful place.(1 Th 5:18 In everything give thanks…) We took lots of photos and had our quick bite while hopping from one place to another. Lots of picture and I could remember how Angel felt when she saw the London Eye, from this day till we took the ride she was always mentioning and asking to take the ride….We also had a glance at the National Gallery to see those beautiful and huge paintings and guess what it is free….. Angel saw the box of money where you can donate 1pound for the maintenance of the place. She was so excited to donate the coins and didn’t realize that we gave her 4 pounds..hahaha…anyway it was worth to see this place. Mama brought us to Picadilly and there we bought few souvenirs. She also brought us to eat in one of the Chinese restaurant where you can eat all you can it cost us 8.50 pounds, it was ok kasi dami naman ng variety kaya lang slow eater talaga kami at laging lugi sa eat all you can…….. Went home to mama’s place and packed some of our things to check-in at the Hotel at Brent Cross.
We arrive there about 9pm and later found out that my booking was cancellllleeeed…what????? At first, I tried to be calmed and think that everything will be fine but when the reception guy was not offering us any room for the time being while he’s trying to locate my booking, then I realize that I had driven him and he became more friendlier and offered us the room for a family, it was a executive suite with Q-size bed and we could settle the issue the next morning, he also reminded us that if the booking was really cancelled we had to pay 150 pounds per night….I didn’t bother about it….all we want is a good rest…..I know that our GOD will surely handle this situation for us the next morning, as I had made all the necessary arrangement before this trip, somebody has just tested my temper and annoying me to ruin my mood….

Our day 3 of tour was OK, the weather is not as good as the day before but it was fine with minor drizzling. Had our breakfast in the Hotel, were I took a shot of my daughter while eating, I realize that she’s no longer a baby, she looked like a matured lady with a very fine moves….and her face is so bright and cool having her meal.
Mama has to work so hubby and I decided that we’ll visit the British Museum, it was a good experience for my daughter to see the different ancient cultures. The Museum was huge and there are lots of things to see, we had our lunch inside and the tour ended at 4pm. We took another bus and alight in front of the Tower Bridge, but daughter and hubby felt too cold and we decided to move and take another bus back to Kensington. We’d seen lots of pinoy’s at the business area, nagkalat talaga ang pinoy everywhere you won’t get homesick, kasi me maririnig kang nagtatagalog…..
The next pit stop was the London eye…hubby checked the entrance fee so that we could plan on next Saturday. We proceed to mom’s house and took our dinner with her. My little lady was too tired that she could hardly balance herself while sleeping on her daddy’s shoulder. We arrived at the hotel before 10pm and guess what the room were all settled….Thank GOD…HE’s surely with us every step of the way…..

Day4 was my little lady’s bday, she’s already 5 years old.
We visited another museum this time, Natural science and history museum and the V&A museum because it is just located side by side. Again the weather was cold and drizzling, sabi ng anak ko mommy,, another museum again…why they had so many museum…super dami ng tanong when we went inside the Victoria and Albert museum eh super dami kasi ng greek sculpture na puro nakahubad kaya ayun nagmadali na kaming umalis sa sobrang dami di ko pa nasasagot yun tanong meron ng kasunod.
We targeted to complete the tour by 4pm para makauwi agad since it is my little lady’s bday kaya we decided to go home na. Bought a nice and delicious cake in one of the cake shop along the busy alley near Harrods…..yun pumasok nga pala kami sa harrods and bought a toy and water bottle for her as a present. We celebrated the little lady’s bday at home together with her lola and she had open all the gifts from her lola and some of my mama’s friends….It was a happy and fruitful day and we went back to the hotel tired…

Day5 –mama was not working in the afternoon so we went out together. We walk around the Kensington Palace and visited Princess Diana’s house and her garden. Not much special or extravagant on this place but I like the nature and her huge garden where maybe she used to read books and unwind during her busy days. Mama and my little lady enjoyed watching the ducks being fed by the tourist and the squirrel just around you waiting for nuts. We proceed to oxford circus and mama bought 2 pair of clothes for my little lady I also bought her a shoes and she was really thankful. Then we took our late lunch at pizza hut. Because we are a pizza lover, in Singapore we used to order large pizza for 3 person so, when we decided to order we choose 1 large and 1 med. Thin crust pizza and we are surprised to see the med. Size is equivalent to x-large size…after lunch we felt tired and bloated…hehehe….i like the dessert they served together with that meal…yummy….

Day6 & 7- the weather was good, we bought the BIG BUS TOUR ticket near HIGH Street and took the ride from Royal Albert Hall….it was the whole day activity then we alight in front of Harrods… went back to the hotel and prepared our things to check out the next day. Day7 we moved to mom’s house in the morning and we took the river thames boat ride from Westminster and alight in front of the Tower of London. My prince and little lady had lots of photos from this tourist spot. We didn’t notice the time and unable to visit and climb inside the tower bridge.

Day8- first pit stop is the London Zoo….we took the bus from Kensal rise and headed to baker street to change for bus 274 going to London zoo. The weather is fine not raining, and we had prayed the night before to give us good weather so that we can enjoyed the walk at the zoo. Buying of ticket was not as fast as in Singapore and the cost was triple as sg zoo….but my little daughter requested this visit to her lola..and lola say “YES”…..
From the entrance I could see that it was smaller than our zoo here. We went inside the aquarium and seen few water creature, it was dark inside and not may fishes to observed. Then it came to my mind how blessed we are to experience this trip and now you could evaluate the differences and advantages of what we have in Singapore and what other countries could offer to their tourist. The tour ended after 3 hours, my little girl still insist to see all but we do not have much time…we leave the zoo at 4pm and proceeded to Notting Hill for Portobello, it was another experience to see their tiange with lots of people. I bought some t-shirts as souvenir and we tried the KING PRAWN and some pretzel garnish with chocolate syrup and sugar. After that we went back to the town area of Westminster and took the LONDON EYE ride…what an amazing view…the Parliament house and Big Ben are really wonderful, I can’t remember how many times I said THANK YOU GOD,…to this grace and it a was magnificent experience. We went home happy…but on the way home we had inquiry at the Marriott Hotel at Westminster to book the next day trip to Bath, Windsor and Stonehenge but was later found that it was fully book…so we have to change the plan..(Nothing is impossible to GOD: Luke 18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.)

Day 9: It was mom’s 51st birthday, I prepare some seafood pasta plus the ready mix cake. We had our breakfast first and went to Kilburn to buy some chocolates and some goodies. We also shop at PRIMARK and was surprise to see the clothing, it was affordable and comparable to the pricing in SG. The design was also not bad but mostly it was catered for winter season…after this we went back home again and take our lunch before we proceed to Buckingham Palace. Lots of people, we didn’t see Mr. Bean as what my little said….we took a walked all the way to St. James Park/ Palace and they feed the ducks and birds. Came out from the Horse guards and manage to take a shot with one of the Horse Guards, after taking the shot hubby noticed that my little girl was pinching her nose. We tried another shot but she do not want to remove as the place was so smelly..
The shop are all close at 7pm during winter season so we didn’t had the chance to shop at night…

Day10- coming back to SG, I realize that even the airport was too busy. It looked like our own T1 in Philippines. When we check-in our bags the lady from the counter offered us 600 euro and upgrade to business class. I was not thinking that much so I turned down her offer so when I told hubby about the offer he said “why not take the next flight so that we could experience the business class for long flight” suddenly I felt guilty for not taking her offer…..hahahahhh, maybe next time…..

These trip was really a blessing and were happy to be back in SG….on the way, both of us thinking on the next trip which maybe next year with GOD’s grace…

Thank you for the readers, hope you have learned and I had shared some information with you….

Vacation

I’m so excited!
One more day and we will be off to go to visit London, UK. We are grateful for this wonderful blessings from GOD. Last night, we started packing our things and finished it around 2am in the morning. The weather in London is colder now according to my mom unlike two weeks ago, when she called and told us not to bring too many jackets. This time, she even told us to bring bonnet for my daughter and hubby.

We have planned to visit many places and hope to see them all provided the time and weather permits. If there will be no delay, we should be reaching Heathrow airport by 3pm and planning to walk around Notting Hill in the afternoon and visit the Portobello at night.

I will tell more stories when we reach there.
May GOD give us provisions, safety and good weather for this trip….

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

My Little Lady

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/RvjQgDdogkI/AAAAAAAAAA4/FGJwUYkFTWE/s320/My+Little+lady.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5114066625983185474" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/RvjQgTdoglI/AAAAAAAAABA/_jV6QYb4_8I/s320/Charming.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5114066630278152786" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://bp3.blogger.com/_WYPKCm_IUyU/RvjPrTdogjI/AAAAAAAAAAw/-mhRRjWA_EY/s320/simply+cute.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5114065719745086002" />
Time really flies that fast and I almost didn’t notice that my little girl is acting like a little lady. Last night, we attended a children’s party from one of my hubby’s officemate. While choosing the right dress for her, I had some choices and one by one she turned it down by saying, “mommy, I want a dress so that I look like a lady, I don’t want pants”. She chose the light pink skirt and a dark pink tube as a pair. When she tried and wore together I said wow! You really look astounding! Again, a pink sandals to match the whole attire. I was set back and thinking how many more years and she will know how to choose her own dress and I’m glad that she had learned to carry herself wearing dresses not only on Sunday but on all occasions. She only had the chance to wear pants whenever there’s outdoor activities to make her feel more comfortable.

I thank GOD for giving us such a wonderful daughter like her.
Can’t resist not to take her picture that night.

Zoo Trip with Children Ministry

I voluntered to assist the children from our church from their trip to the Zoo yesterday. We started with the word of prayer (guidance and good weather) and some bible stories how GOD created those animals(by Word alone), when and what day it was created. While the camp master (Bro Chai Heng) was speaking the devil destructed the assembly and there's a show with a very loud music. They sung at least 4 songs and it was really hard to catch children's attention when they are destructed by a wordly songs.

The journey started at about 11am and the whether was slightly drizzling. We called it a blessing as our Heavenly Father do not want us to feel too hot so he showered us with a little water and a cloudy sky. We had our lunch after the elephant show as some of the children was already hungry. Sis Felicia brought fried noodles and they bought chicken nuggets. The night before I baked cheese cupcake and sprinkle them with different toppings, chocolate chips, hersheys chocolate and cheese. The most famous flavor for them of course was the chocolate chips. We divided the group into 3 groups and name them, alligator, bear and coconut...ha.ha.ha.....the group C was the older children and they were behind to watch the youngest group Bear.

The tour ends at 3pm, they were all tired and some are disappointed to see the polar bear sleeping. But they were all thankful to experience this wonderful trip....the teacher's told them watch out for the next trip which will be in Sentosa with God's grace by end of this year...probably.....

It is good to see these children happy and enjoyed watching those animals....

I was tiring but worthwhile serving God thru this small thing. I remember what the Lord Jesus Christ says on Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 In every thing give thanks:
for this is the will of God
in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Memory Verse

I was planning to scrap tonight and suddenly it pops-up in my mind to journal those memory verses that my daughter has memorized from the past few months.
It has been a routine and norm for her that before she sleep she has to recite and tell us these verses that she had learned from us, school and sunday school:

Ephesians 6:1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord:
for this is right.

Psalms 34:1-10 (A Psalm of David, when he changed his behaviour before
Abimelech; who drove him away, and he departed.)
1 - I will bless the LORD at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 - My soul shall make her boast in the LORD:
the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
3 - O magnify the LORD with me,
and let us exalt his name together.
4 - I sought the LORD, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears.
5 - They looked unto him, and were lightened:
and their faces were not ashamed.
6 - This poor man cried, and the LORD heard him,
and saved him out of all his troubles.
7 - The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him,
and delivereth them.
8 - O taste and see that the LORD is good:
blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
9 - O fear the LORD, ye his saints:
for there is no want to them that fear him.
10 - The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger:
but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing.

Proverbs 18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly:
and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Psalms 112:5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth:
he will guide his affairs with discretion.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Matthew 5:3-9 (Sermon on the Mount)
3 - Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 - Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5 - Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
6 - Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness:
for they shall be filled.
7 - Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8 - Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
9 - Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

These are some of the verses that she knows and I will use it on one of my LO this week...

P.S.
We truly thank God that at the early stage my daughter knows some of this verses. I believe that she will accumulate more verses before she reached 12years of age. Me and my husband truly believe on what King Solomon said on his Proverbs 22:6 (Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old he will not depart from it.)

He shared to me the preaching he heard during Angel's program about the child's character. That most of the parents are aiming for their kids to have an excellent grade from their report card (which is not bad) but neglecting the most important thing which is the character. Most of the well known person around the world are intelligent but doesn't have character. The examples that was given is like Bill Clinton which is rich and intelligent but doesn't have character when his reputation was torn assunder due to what he did. Other's like the CEO's of other big company in the US who were accused of fraud. They were intelligent but doesn't have a character. The character of God fearing person. This is what we want with our daughter and not the Ace from her report card. Wether we like it or not we will be living her in due times but our heart has no worries since she learn how to walk and fear God.

We can not train a person when they are in their secondary onwards. That's why King Solomon said "...train up a child". A child age started from 2years old to 6years old. And thru daily prayer, God will surely help us in building her a God fearing character.

We are glad as well that sometimes she remind us to pray before we went out from the door of our house. She remind us that she haven't prayed yet before she went to sleep. She is telling us some characters that will not please our Lord Jesus.

Finally!

Finally, i could post my latest creations!
it's been months since I last posted and I had been slow, making LO for the past few months.
